We encourage any group to apply for the Haunted Harmonies Festival! There are no restrictions. Whether your group is scholastic, semi-professional, barbershop, professional or something new, we want you!



Click HERE to read about what acceptance to the Haunted Harmonies Festival includes. Groups will be notified by Sunday, September 16 if they are accepted to the festival. The video footage used can be from the past 12 months (ie: scholastic groups - the video can be from the prior academic year, if necessary). 

To apply, fill out the form below. Please note that providing a YouTube link to your group singing two songs is part of the application (selections for the video do not need to be what your group intends to perform at the festival).  


  • Applications are due by Friday, September 15, 2018

  • Payment: $15 per group member or ($250 max) upon acceptance to festival due by Friday, September 29, 2017

  • Pay via PayPal or contact us if you'd like to send a check. Groups will be sent an invoice upon acceptance to the festival.
